Efforts that can be made to conduct standardized evaluations are the availability of valid and reliable testing instruments to obtain competent student graduates. The purpose of this study is to produce a quality learning evaluation instrument with good validity and reliability so that it can be used continuously in Agricultural Technology Education, especially in Enzyme Technology courses. Test data is obtained from instruments given to students. The instrument was in the form of several questions based on material in the Semester Learning Plan. The analysis is carried out to test the validity and reliability of the instruments used. Validity test of variable correlations between items was carried out using a biserial point correlation technique, while the reliability of the instrument variants used C. Hoyt formula. Reliability of data was analyzed using IBM SPSS 20.0. Biserial point correlation test results show there are only 8 questions that are valid from 12 questions available in the instrument. Cronbach's alpha instrument value, which is 0.822 with values between items in range 0.755-0.830. Likewise, the reliability value of the instrument variant results is based on the C. Hoyt formula, which is 0.89. The results indicate, in addition to being valid, eight-question instruments tested had high reliability, so it was very feasible to be used as an evaluation instrument.
